Snow Fort

This weekend, we received one of the largest snowfalls in the last 7-8 years. We got around 15" or so. With all the snow, we ended up with a big pile from clearing off the front porch. So being the super daddy I am, I decided to make it into a snow fort for the kids.

The inside is almost 5 feet wide and nearly 4 feet tall. The kids seemed to like it, and it was well worth the effort.

That brings back great childhood memories! We only had half the snow over here in the Anti-Precipitation Bubble.

...little did we know these forts, previously fashioned, would be nothing compared to the ones we'll make tomorrow (3/2/07)!

That reminds me of the forts that we used to make at Grandpa and Grandma Norgaards house. I do not know if you were involved in that ever, but I do remember the famous Chad (seems he is on here more than the kids!) and Vanyse making forts behind their house! Grandma even let us take candy out there!
