I was just reviewing my posts, and realized that most of them are negative in tone/nature. Sorry about that. When all is at peace and I don't have pictures of nasty drain pipes to share - you'll be the first to know. :-)
Until then, I'll keep reporting news of interest - but - will definitely work to ensure I have more positive posts as well.
